Performance in Berlin.

On July 7th, I participated in the "@japanevents.shop " held in Berlin.

The venue was packed with people and I was very excited.

I went on stage with @miyumiyusic0618 and her husband Jay, a friend from high school who is active in hip-hop in Munich.

A calligraphy performance collaborating with hip-hop.
We first tried this in Munich last November.
Miyu wrote a song called "calligraphy galaxy" for this collaboration.
I really like the intro of this song, which matches my performance of entering the "energy" of the place with prayer.
The bass resonates and I can dive deep into it, which is really great.

7月7日、ベルリンで開催された「JAPAN MARKT」に参加してきました。
当日は、とても多くのお客さんで賑わっていて、超最高でしたー！！

私は、高校時代の友人であり、ミュンヘンでヒップホップの活動をしているみゆちゃんと、ヤニス（ヤニス、スペルわからないから、英語の方では、miyu＆jayの方の名前で書いた
！）と一緒に、舞台へ上がりました。

私たちは、去年の11月に初めてミュンヘンでこのコラボにに挑戦！意外と相性良く、いい感じなんですよねー！
みゆちゃんは、このコラボのために、「calligraphy galaxy」という曲を作ってくれました。
祈りと共にその場の「氣」へ入り込む私のパフォーマンスと、その曲のイントロがとってもマッチしていて、とてもお気に入りです。
低音が響く感じも、重く深く潜ることができて、とても最高ー！
ありがとうね、みゆちゃん、ヤニスーー！！！

そして、この、激かっこいい衣装は
@kuukikuu9
と、きんじさん！！！

ほんと、私の拙い言葉での依頼を何百倍もかっこよく仕上げてきてくださって、感謝感謝なのです！！！

This work uses riverside sand from Yakushima.

作品をつくるときはいつも
誰か特定の人の笑顔を想像しながらつくります。

私は、誰かに笑顔になってほしくて
作品を作っているので
誰が喜ぶかもよくわからない作品は
気が進まないし
本気の魂をぶち込めない。

そんな中、この白龍は
初めて、「人」のためではなく
前作の「黒龍」を想いながらかいたもの。
こういう魂の込め方もあるんだなと自分で思いながら
かかせていただきました。

黒い龍は
大地と夜空に潜み、鎮座する
白い龍は
自在に変化し川を流れ、循環する

そんな対となるイメージの
二龍を、かかせていただけて
ありがたいなぁと、思うのです。

という、想いを込めてかいた作品を
見てほしいなと思っていた人たちに
見ていただけて嬉しかったのです✨

下地には
屋久島の川の砂を使わせていただきました
土や砂を使うときは
天日干しして乾燥させてから使うのですが
濡れている砂をそのまま使いたくて
あえて洗いもせず
そのまま下地へ。
なにか変化が起きるのかな。
どうかなー。
楽しみです。

どうやら、書くことが好きらしい。
と、今更になって気が付きました。

そんなことを教えてくれた関東方面への旅。

私がこの活動をしているのは、コンセプトでもある
「書道を通して笑顔を創る」
というのは、もう、淀みなくその通りなんですが

眼の前のあなたが笑顔になってくれるなら、なんでもいいよ。そのツールが、ただ書道なだけよ。
と、思っていたのですか

前述の通り、どうやら、書くこと、描くこと、好きらしい。

黙々と描くというタイミングが今回あって。
ずっと、ずっと、すこぶる楽しか��った。

もちろん、その結果、笑顔がうまれること前提なのですが。

かくこと好きということを認識できたことは、少なくとも私の心の中の何かが確立したような感覚です。

素晴らしい気付きの機会を下さった皆々様、感謝でございます。周りに恵まれとる。ありがたいなーーーー

Seiryu

I wrote it, let it dry, layered it, cracked it, wrote some more, and let it dry.
The shape of a letter, the shape of the shadow because it is three-dimensional, and the ideal form of a dragon.
Because it is not a single stroke, it feels like calligraphy, sculpture, and modeling. By drawing while feeling various sensations,
I hope that I can convey things that cannot be conveyed through normal calligraphy.

屋久島の浜辺でいただいてきた砂を、水で洗って乾かして、粒を選別して。そしてそれを使用して、ザラザラとした下地を作ります。

そのあとに、青い背景を描く。

背景を数日かけて乾かして文字を入れていきます。
書いて乾かして重ねて割れて更に書いて乾かして。
文字としての形、立体であるが故の陰影のでかた、龍としての理想の姿。
一筆書きではないからこその、書道のような、彫刻のような、造形のような。いろんな感覚を感じながら描くことで、
普段の書道では伝わらないことが伝わればいいなと思っています。

くぅちゃんのお友達や、私のお友達が来てくれて、とても嬉しくて、幸せな4日間でした✨

そして、沢山の方に書き下ろしをさせていただき、ハッピーでしかない日々に、心満たされましたー✨

くぅちゃん、お越しいただいた皆さん、本当にありがとうございました✨✨

写真の振り返りと共に、少しずつ、作品の説明をしてみたり。↓↓

青の作品と赤の作品について。
私はもともと、青を描くのが苦手。海や空の色が美しすぎて、それを描くなんて恐れ多い。傲慢。な感じ。

でも、去年の2月に見た、フランスはアルビにある大聖堂の天井の青と金がとても美しくて、初めて「青を描いてみたい」となったのでした。

そして、赤の作品。
私は、赤が好き。赤黒金白の色合いの作品達、大好き。
ただ、赤と白を混ぜるとピンクになる。私が好きなのは、ぱきっとした、赤！黒！金！白！なので、ピンクはいらない。

でも、去年の秋のヨーロッパの旅で惹かれた壁の色は、全部濃いピンク。極めつけは、オーストリアのベルヴェデーレ宮殿で見たピンクの壁の美しさ。

こういう美しさもあるのならば、赤と白が混ざり合う美しさを綺麗に表現できるのかも。と思って描いてみた赤の作品達。きれいに咲けてよかった。

素晴らしい時間を共有してくださった皆様に、大きな感謝を。

2024/1/3に、屋久島町役場のホールで開催した@miyumiyusic0618 とのコラボパフォーマンス。

インスタでの宣伝&数日前に数件貼らせていただいたチラシ&個人へのメッセージ。くらいな、宣伝で

椅子を並べながら「多分30人くらいかなー？」なんて思ってたら、60人以上の方が集まってくださり、私達と時間を共にしてくださいました✨✨

10月にみゆちゃん&ヤニスとミュンヘンでコラボをして、1月に出身地の屋久島で。なんて、とても感慨深く、しみじみとしてしまいました。

帰省していた同級生達や、日々遊んでくれている一湊の面々、更には、北から南から、色んなお友達が集まってくれて、とても幸せでした✨✨

みゆちゃんの歌の中でも、お母さんに向けた曲では、会場から涙の音が聞こえたり、高校の時にみゆちゃんが書いた曲に勇気づけられた人がいたり。

私は、パフォーマンス中のことはほぼ覚えてないのですが、とにかく祈りを込めながら書いていたような気がします。

また、皆様のご協力の下、手ぬぐいの売上2万円を、石川で茅葺きのお家の宿をしている、モリケンに寄付をすることができました✨✨
本当に、ありがとうございます✨

打ち上げでは水明荘で✨
めちゃくちゃ美味しいオードブルと共に、同級生同士でわいわいと、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました✨
たくのり先輩！ありがとうございます！

また、屋久島で、ドイツでコラボしようね！！
ありがとうみゆちゃん！！
そして、裏で支えてくれた、私達の両親や、昭代先生、ななみ、たくのり先輩、あっこ、たっちゃんありがとうございました！！

Received the Special Jury Prize at an international competition in Florence.
I was very happy, but unfortunately, there was only one vote difference between me and third place.
It was a competition in which general customers and judges voted, and I received an overwhelming majority of votes from the judges, so the meeting allowed me to reaffirm my future guidelines.
and I was also able to meet some wonderful Italian artists.

フィレンツェで行われた、日本とイタリアのアーティストが参加したコンペティションにて審査員特別賞を受賞しました✨
ご連絡を頂いた際、とても嬉しかったのですが、同時に、3位の方と1票差だったということをお聞きしまして。

ミュンヘンの超ドローカルバーの中庭で、高校時代の友達のみゆちゃんと、みゆちゃん旦那のヤニスと共に、パフォーマンスをしてきました✨✨✨

今年のパフォーマンスは、雅楽とのコラボにはじまり、HIPHOPとのコラボに終わるという。振れ幅大きいな。
しかも、この会に合わせて、「calligraphy galaxy」という素敵な曲をかき下ろしてくれました✨
だんけー！みゆちゃんやにすーー！！

彼らの仲間がたくさん来てくれて、会場は大賑わい✨
熊大の時の友達ののんちゃんや、七福のゲストさんまさかの近くに住んでたので来てくれて！嬉しいことこのうえなしー！
出会う人達がみんな（本当にみんな）超いい人たちで、私も、ミュンヘン住みたいなと、思った所存でした。

I never expected a collaboration between HIPHOP and Japanese calligraphy! It was really cool and interesting!

The woman singing this song is my friend from high school. She is married and currently lives in Munich (her husband is the one rapping).

On the day of the performance, many of their friends came and the venue was very lively.

My friends from when I went to Kumamoto University and my guests at the @shichifuku2020 happened to live nearby and came to see our.

The people I met there were all nice people and made me feel very welcome. Thank you very much. danke.

My friend is going back to Yakushima during the New Year holidays. I'm also looking forward to meeting her and her cute children.

Cafe Kawakami is a nice cafe run by Japanese people near the Pantheon✨

I was very happy that my friends came too ✨ I talked with the customers and took requests from other people.
I was able to spend a good time while writing the work that I received✨

I exhibited at an exhibition held at Château de Clolucé, where Leonardo da Vinci spent three years before his death.

レオナルド・ダ・ヴィンチが亡くなる前の3年間を過ごしたクロリュセ城で開催された、展示会に参加してきました✨

お城の案内は、ディレクターの@gagael72 が担当してくださり、@petitefleur_ys の素敵な通訳も相まって、如何にダ・ヴィンチがフランソワから慕われていたか、そして、如何に彼が多彩だったかを、知ると共に、ディレクターの彼のダ・ヴィンチ愛をめちゃくちゃ感じて、こっちまでハッピーになっちゃいました✨

展示会では、色んな方に興味を持って頂き、とても嬉しかったと同時にカリグラフィー×立体×土地の力（今回は、屋久島の土を使用）のもつ可能性を、十分に感じることのできる時間となりました✨
更に作品の質を高めていきたいし、もっと色んな人に、リアルで見ていただきたいなぁー✨✨

オープニングのパーティーは、お城の敷地内のレストランにて✨
宮廷料理人を勤めていたシェフによる、ダ・ヴィンチの時代の料理を、存分に堪能させていただきました✨

青を書くことについて。

屋久島出身で、海まで徒歩3分くらいのとこで生まれ育った私にとって、青の色は、海の色、空の色、川の色。

とても美しくて、表現するなんておこがましいと思っていました。

それが、今年の2月、フランスのアルビにある、大聖堂に行った時、天井と壁画の青の美しさに心底感動。そして、「私も青を描きたい」と、心から思いました。

そして、善きタイミングで「青の作品がほしい」と、ご依頼をいただき、作品を作ることに。

It was so beautiful that I thought it would be presumptuous to express it.

However, when I visited the cathedral in Albi, France in February this year, I was deeply moved by the beauty of the blue ceiling and murals.

以前書いた龍は、水の中のイメージ。この龍は、空と、大地。

出発の日の朝まで描いていて、手持ちで東京へ。
皆に、屋久島の空気とともに色んなものを感じていただける作品になって、とても嬉しいです。

出発の日の朝まで描いていて、手持ちで東京へ。
皆に、屋久島の空気とともに色んなものを感じていただける作品になって、とても嬉しいです。

閉会のご挨拶その3

ふたりにお礼
今回の展示会の、きっかけは去年の11月の、私が出展した東京芸術劇場での展示会。

ふたりとも、もともとうちのゲストさんで、同じタイミングで展示見に来てくれるということで、もう一緒にランチしよう！といって、3人でランチをしました。

3人共アーティストなので、やっぱり意気投合。
確か、りんちゃんが、3人でしようよ！って言ってくれたのかな。
そんな、ふわっと始まった会でした。

正直、私は、皆さんご存知の通り、展示に向けてのGalleryさんとの細かいやり取り等が苦手なタイプなので、もうね、会場探しから、事前打ち合わせから、全部全部、ぜーーーんぶ、ふたりがやってくれました✨✨
私は、正直そこに、ちょこんとのっかっただけ。笑

しかも、ふたりとも元々うちのゲストさんだけん、Galleryは七福な雰囲気満載✨楽しい✨

あんな素敵な場所で、あんな素敵な展示会ができたのは、ぜーんぶふたりのおかげです♡

ふたりとも、本当にありがとうね✨

5/17-5/23に開催いたしました、屋久島繋がりの3人の展示会、本日をもって、閉会とさせていただきました。

お越しいただいた皆様、本当にありがとうございました。

展示会の題名を決めるとき、いくつかみんなで候補を出しながら、「繋」と、させていただきました。
最初は、3人を繋がったのが屋久島だったとか、そんなことがきっかけです。

でも、会期中、屋久島というものをファクターにして、ご来場いただく皆さんが、私達と、作品と、他のお客さんと繋がっていくのを見て、なんて展示会の題通りの空間なんだろうと、感動しておりました。

展示会なのに、皆普通に1時間いたりなんてざらで、長い方だと、5時間位。

普段展示会の企画をしてらっしゃる方などもいらっしゃっていて、「こんなにお客さんと作品の、そして作者の距離が近い展示会ないですよ」という、お褒めの言葉をいただきました。

皆さんが笑顔になって帰っていかれるのは、とても嬉しくて、毎日私達は幸せでいっぱいでした✨

ご来場いただいた皆様、そして、遠くから応援してくださった皆様も、本当にありがとうございました✨

天と自分が繋がった、煌めきの川を泳ぐのだ。
その光の粒は素粒子の用に小さく、面となり、柔らかく我々の躰を包む。
